Customer Rights And Obligations

Customers may use BabelBird services according to the contract, order, official rules or product page. They are also responsible for account management, lawful content, administrator configuration, base environment, security and payment.

Customer Rights

  • Use BabelBird Enterprise Drive, clients, mobile apps, APIs and purchased modules within the licensed scope.
  • Manage organization, member accounts, roles, file policies, sharing policies and security settings.
  • Retain rights to enterprise data and content uploaded, created, edited, annotated and accumulated by the customer.
  • Request data export, migration assistance or private-deployment support at expiry, termination or migration as agreed.
  • Submit reasonable requests for service defects, deployment issues, upgrade needs and technical support.

Customer Obligations

  • Provide true, accurate and complete registration, ordering, invoicing, contact and administrator information.
  • Pay service fees, license fees, maintenance fees or custom-development fees as agreed.
  • Do not upload or distribute illegal content, infringing content, malware, privacy violations or cybersecurity threats.
  • Do not sell, lease, transfer, share, crack, reverse engineer, bypass license restrictions or use BabelBird beyond the authorized scope.
  • Properly manage administrator accounts, member accounts, passwords, MFA, SSO, API tokens and third-party integration keys.
  • Manage the actions of administrators, members, external collaborators and connected third-party systems.
  • Private-deployment customers should prepare servers, storage, network, backup, domains, certificates and remote access conditions as required.

Security Notice

If customers discover account leakage, administrator misoperation, abnormal login, accidental deletion, malicious files, third-party sync problems or other security events, they should take internal measures and notify BabelBird support through the agreed channel.

BabelBird capabilities may change by product version, licensed modules and deployment configuration; actual availability depends on the deployed environment and administrator settings.
