Public Cloud Terms
Enterprise public cloud service is a SaaS model where BabelBird provides the cloud runtime and the customer accesses and manages drive data through enterprise accounts. Purchased edition, accounts, capacity, modules, service term, support and fees are governed by the order, contract, quotation or product page.
Activation And License
- After ordering, payment or mutual confirmation, BabelBird activates the public cloud service as agreed.
- License is usually calculated by account count, capacity, modules and service term.
- Additional accounts, capacity or modules follow the order or agreed pricing and effective period.
- Public cloud upgrades are usually arranged by BabelBird centrally.
Renewal, Suspension And Termination
Customers should renew before service expiry. Late renewal may cause restriction, suspension or termination. Customers should export required data within the agreed period before or after termination. After the retention period, BabelBird may process data according to service terms, privacy policy, contract or law.
Data And Security
Customers retain rights to enterprise data they upload and create. BabelBird should take reasonable technical measures such as access control, transmission encryption, storage protection, backup and audit. Customers remain responsible for administrator configuration, member accounts, permissions, lawful content and export/backup planning.
