Risks And Disclaimer
BabelBird services depend on the internet, customer networks, servers, storage, browsers, clients, mobile devices, third-party systems, cloud services, email, SMS, AI services and other infrastructure. Any software service may be affected by network fluctuations, device failure, third-party service errors, force majeure, security attacks, customer misoperation or maintenance.

Content Responsibility
Customers and users are responsible for content they upload, create, share, publish, sync or transmit through APIs. The service provider usually does not actively review customer file content and does not guarantee legality, authenticity, completeness, accuracy or rights ownership of customer content. Infringement, illegal content or regulatory requests are handled according to law, service terms and customer contracts.
Limitation
Unless mandatory law or contract expressly provides otherwise, the service provider is not responsible for losses caused by force majeure, third-party services, customer environment, customer misoperation, account leakage, unauthorized use, missing backups or reasons not attributable to the service provider. The service provider should reasonably assist troubleshooting, repair and recovery.
